INDEPENDENT PEST INFORMATION
How an independent pest enquiry works
The form sends information to the site operator for review. It does not dispatch a technician, book an inspection or create a treatment contract.
Independent information and enquiry website operated by Stephen Meredith. We do not carry out pest-control inspections or treatments.
1. Describe the concern
Provide your name, email and property postcode, with a short description of the observations and questions. A phone number is optional. State uncertainty rather than diagnosing a species yourself.
Do not include payment details, medical information, access codes or other sensitive personal data. Photographs should only be taken safely; this form does not require uploads or specialist inspection.
2. The operator reviews the message
Enquiries are saved in the site’s protected inbox for Stephen Meredith to review. This website is an independent information and enquiry service, not a pest-control company with technicians or a dispatch schedule.
There is no guaranteed response time, contractor availability or quotation. The form is not an emergency route. A received message is not an appointment confirmation.
3. Any next step is discussed
A reply may discuss what you are asking and what an appropriate next step could involve. The site does not promise an introduction, provider network or a particular professional outcome.
If a potential introduction is proposed, we explain who would receive your details and ask for your agreement before sharing them. You can decline; submission alone is not automatic permission to forward the enquiry.
4. Appointments and work are separate
Any inspection, quote, treatment, repair or aftercare must be agreed directly with the separately appointed professional. Ask them to identify the actual scope, access needs, charges and terms.
They are responsible for their own work and advice. The operator’s review is not a technical assessment, species identification or permission to undertake wildlife or building work.
5. Keep the agreed records
Keep any findings, quotation, instructions and later agreed changes together. If the situation differs from the original description, ask the appointed professional what changes in the scope.
The cost guide explains how to compare inclusions and follow-up. The prevention guide helps you ask about property work without assuming it is automatically included.
What happens after clicking Send?
A success message appears only after the server confirms the enquiry was stored. Keep the reference shown on screen. If submission fails, the page explains the error and lets you retry without claiming the enquiry was received.
No automatic appointment or contractor confirmation email is generated. This version uses a protected operator inbox; dedicated email notifications can be configured when the project’s mailbox is confirmed.
